A new post digs near the beginnings a lost post.

A subtle freshness rises
closer to the brim …
Overflowing with passion,
A beginning of the end.

Surrendering is the delightful gift.
Coming and going away.
Exchanging love with kindness
Our momentary relationship with the day.

Like water entering a well.
Giving and receiving a gift to give
Rhythmical of oceanic respiration
Breathing song of love , One moment in time

Now is the only moment
We all have to be
Our blindness is an ignorance
that resists our reality we see.

Listen , silent music , flowing back and forth
Stillness of a tune longing to be sung ,
Beyond our mind to be,.
Resonant warmth of oscillation for free.

consciousness of consciousness

The gift of insight reflects the warmth and radiance of light. Our practice is to allow this process to manifest within the still depths of the present moment. Conscious inhale
returns conscious exhale. Our experience of this process nourishes
an integration of spirit and matter.

To enter one must first get out of the way.
Understanding,patience,humility are essential
manifestations for allowing spiritual transformation
to begin an opening its doors for entry.

Silence creates a subtle space for allowing the stillness of the human heart
to abide within the moment to moment presence of awareness .
Words are indicators that direct a mental response to phenomena.

If listening is a way to reveal our response to the presence of reality…
why are we so deaf in our capacity to respond to
whats happening here&now ?

f perception.

Its too late to write. Dave arrived the day before my birthday. We listened to jazz together
after dinner at Felinni’s. Drove to Albemarle lake and watched the Milky Way sparkle.
Took Lydia to Halloween party. Had lunch in Crozet restaurant. Its been a really great weekend. Dave returns to Denver tomorrow and then next day flies to NYC for a wedding.
Also,. we saw a beautiful sunset on the Parkway yesterday.

There is a music that resonates its tune at this moment.
Its a moment of reflection that mirrors my gratitude
for the lives of the loves of my life. Donna, Dave , Lydia, and I
drove to sunset watch on the Blue Ridge parkway this evening.
The colors were so red, so blue, so beautiful even Smokey
watched thru the Van’s window.
The blue was such a Carribean blue and the Blood red of the Red was a gift to our experience of natural beauty.Dave waited
until the end to capture the best photograph of the Sun’s remarkable setting of light , color, and that which merely pleases by being perceived, acknowledges, and appreciated.

stillness

Stillness is music.
Each wave establishes wholeness, unity ,communion.
Silent communication feeds our innermost essence.
Listening acknowledges oneness of tonal tenderness.
Overflowing rhythm peacefully flows into a sea of love.

Silent question ?

I do not know what to write about tonight. It is still and silent.
Huge spaces revolve . A night of pure silence.

I killed a black snake last night. She was twisted around the
pole of the bluebird house. I used small lopers. The snake
looked at me . I was uncomfortable with total attention
of its defensive posture.

I saw the rear end of animal tonight. It seemed to be a bunny rabbit. Silent foot steps of a red fox flowed effortlessly across the grass.
